Tara moved here about 5 years ago after living 11 months in Chicago where it was too cold and then the rest of her life in West Virginia.  She has been married to her husband Chris for 14 years and they have two kids at SCA, Kamden and Addyson. They have 3 dogs. They all attend Harvest Bible Church, where she serves in kids ministry. They are a big sports family and love camping and traveling. She has been involved at SCA since her youngest started kindergarten as a room mom and on the PA. She feels blessed to be part of the SCA family helping the teachers and loving the kids.

Education:

B.A. in Elementary Education from Fairmont State University

M.A. in Special Education with an Autism certification from Fairmont State University

Teaching Experience:

Taught 7 years in the public school system in West Virginia

4 years in elementary and 3 years in high school
