Mr. Richards has served at SCA since 2013 and has been the High School Principal since 2015. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Allie, who he married in 2006. They have three wonderful children: Macie, Maverick, and Maddyn. His family attends church at CCV-Peoria, where they are actively involved. Mr. Richards and his wife have led neighborhood group Bible studies, taught children's Sunday school classes, and been campus service leaders.

His family loves to travel and spend time with each other and their friends. They always look forward to their annual trip to San Diego each summer. Mr. Richards is an avid valley sports fan, a native Arizonan, and proud to call it his home.

Mr. Richards has been in the education profession since 2003. He has served as a Middle and High School Teacher, Athletic Coach, Athletic Director, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal. He is blessed to serve in the best profession around!
