Scheduling a Microsoft Teams Meeting

  • 1. From Teams, click on “Meetings” on the left side menu and select “Schedule a Meeting.”
  • 2. Select the channel you want to meet with.
  • 3. Use the “Scheduling Assistant” to find a time during which everyone is available.
  • 4. Select how often you want the meeting to recur.

Join from Calendar:

Select CalendarMeetings button on the left side of the app to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want, and then select Join.

Or, if someone starts the meeting, you’ll get a notification you can use to join.
