What a blessing to serve at SCA since 1999! Before moving to Arizona, I was “born and raised” in Texas. I attended Dallas Baptist University, graduating with a B.S. in Elementary Education with my specialization in mathematics. My teaching experience began in 1981 through 1986 with a brief stay-at-home period before I returned to teaching in 1999. My career has been focused in the middle school area, and I have loved this age group!
Keith and I have been married since 1983. We have three sons who graduated from SCA. Our grandchildren fill our lives with joy. I love spending time with family and friends, quilting, embroidering, hiking, and traveling.
I am so thankful to be part of the Scottsdale Christian Academy community. It is such a privilege to work and serve with great students, parents, faculty and staff!

Dr. Hodges possesses a vast background in education. He has worked in independent schools, Christian and Catholic schools, and public school. He has assisted schools in expansion, opening of new high schools, changes in ownership, and assisted in transitioning newly acquired schools through the paradigm shift of a change in ownership.
